Women's health for the season you're actually in — hormones, lifestyle, and strength that fits your real life.
You're not broken — and you don't have to figure this out alone. I help women 30+ navigating perimenopause and menopause feel strong, clear, and in control again — through hormone-smart nutrition, lifestyle that fits your real life, and strength training that meets you where you are. Small, doable steps. Seasons, not setbacks.
Group fitness, 1:1 personal training, managing gyms and coaching teams — I've done just about all of it. But the work that truly lights me up, the reason I built Fit N Fierce, is helping women 30+ feel confident, strong, and in control of their health — in a season of life almost nobody prepares us for.
Then strength training changed my life — not because of how it made me look, but because of how it made me feel. Capable. Confident. Strong, maybe for the first time in my life. Because here's the thing: I was never the athletic one. I'd spent years on the hamster wheel of trying to lose weight and look a certain way — and feeling strong is what finally got me off it. I didn't want to be smaller anymore. I just wanted to feel good.
That's the part most women never hear. Somewhere in your 30s and 40s, your body starts speaking a different language — perimenopause, shifting hormones, energy that doesn't bounce back the way it used to. And honestly? A lot of those signals were there all along. We could get away with brushing them off for years — until we couldn't. As we get older, the same lifestyle that used to carry us quietly stops working. Your body isn't failing you — it's asking for something different now. So when you go to your doctor, your labs come back "normal," and you leave feeling dismissed and a little crazy: it's not in your head. You're not broken.
I'm in my own season of change right now — I'm 41 and moving through it right alongside you, building this practice with intention. So I'm not going to hand you a punishing plan you'll abandon in three weeks. That's not how any of this actually works.
Here's what I believe instead: you don't have to do it all — and you definitely don't have to do it all at once. We find the smallest step that genuinely moves the needle and build from there, around your real schedule and the season you're actually in. Rest is part of the work, not something you earn back later. No dropped plans. No starting over every Monday.
Your plan should fit you — not a generic protocol built for a woman who isn't you. I'll meet you where you are, work with the life you actually have, and we'll move forward from there. Together.
Strength over shrinking. Seasons, not setbacks. You don't have to figure this out alone.
